Katie Connors, Psy.D
Clinical Psychologist

Hello and welcome!

I love helping the teens and adults I work with to feel supported and, ultimately, to flourish. I have helped clients work through numerous issues, including: anxiety, depression, relationship problems, disordered eating, body image issues, sexual assault, social anxiety, and low self-confidence.
While I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life, I specialize in women's issues and in the mental and social health of teens and young adults. To learn more about my training, see the "about me" page. Check out my "services" page for details on the therapy process or if you have questions on when to consult a psychologist. For insurance questions, see "fees & payment."

Are you or your loved ones noticing signs of anxiety, mood changes, or that you don't "seem like yourself?" Are you working hard to navigate relationships, life stress, or big transitions?
Is your teen dreading school or social situations? Are they feeling overwhelmed, on edge, hopeless or depressed? Is your teen dealing with a trauma, isolating from others, or in need of someone objective to talk to?
The most important relationship you will have is with yourself. Therapy can help you learn about your strengths and develop strategies for taking care of yourself when times are tough.
